Job Description
We are seeking a results-driven, consultative sales professional to lead strategic growth and cultivate long-term client partnerships. This Senior Business Development Manager role is based in Royse City, TX, with a focus on expanding Triumvirate Environmental’s presence across North America through tailored, high-impact solutions.
Position Overview
The ideal candidate will be ambitious, high-performing, and comfortable building relationships, closing deals, and making a measurable impact. You will leverage industry connections and market insights to drive growth while ensuring top-tier customer satisfaction and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding service to both internal and external customers
- Master and sell all of Triumvirate’s service lines, collaborating with internal technical and operations teams to provide high-value solutions
- Engage in strategic prospecting by leveraging referrals and networking at industry events and trade shows
- Cold call new prospective companies that fit our target customer profile
- Stay informed on industry trends and regulatory developments (RCRA, OSHA, environmental compliance) to offer tailored, strategic guidance
- Build and maintain long-term, customer-centric relationships with key decision-makers in Life Sciences, Industrial Manufacturing, Higher Education, and Healthcare
- Utilize CRM tools to manage pipelines, track progress, and ensure accountability
- Maintain a high level of sales activity within an assigned region
- Regional travel required about 40% of the time to meet clients and attend conferences; overnight stays may be necessary
Basic Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Environmental Science, or Environmental Studies
- 5-7+ years of successful consultative sales experience, preferably within the Environmental Services industry
- Experience with the Consultative Sales methodology
- Knowledge of environmental compliance and regulations, or a strong desire to become a subject matter expert
- Self-starter with a strong sense of urgency and accountability
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Eligible to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship

Compensation and Benefits
The base salary range for this position is $125,000 to $200,000, complemented by an uncapped commission structure. Actual compensation will reflect experience, prior sales success, and geographic market.
