Job Description

The Hospice Business Development Liaison role is based onsite in Ada, OK and focuses on building referral relationships and partnerships to expand access to hospice care.

Responsibilities

Develop new referral partnerships and present the Choice Hospice care model in a way that positions it as the provider of choice.
Drive agency growth by serving the elderly, individuals with chronic or serious illnesses, their families, and clinicians who care for these populations.
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of and ensure compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal laws relating to marketing the agency.
Create and manage a public relations framework to explain the agency’s services and strengthen relationships with physicians and community organizations.
Meet or exceed monthly admission goals.

Requirements

At least 2 years of home health or hospice sales experience preferred.
Valid driver's license.
Valid auto insurance.
HomeCare HomeBase experience preferred.
