Job Description

The Hospice Business Development Liaison role is based onsite in Ada, OK and focuses on building referral relationships and partnerships to expand access to hospice care.

Responsibilities

  • Develop new referral partnerships and present the Choice Hospice care model in a way that positions it as the provider of choice.
  • Drive agency growth by serving the elderly, individuals with chronic or serious illnesses, their families, and clinicians who care for these populations.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of and ensure compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal laws relating to marketing the agency.
  • Create and manage a public relations framework to explain the agency’s services and strengthen relationships with physicians and community organizations.
  • Meet or exceed monthly admission goals.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of home health or hospice sales experience preferred.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Valid auto insurance.
  • HomeCare HomeBase experience preferred.
