Job Description

Dyco Inc. seeks a hands-on National Sales Manager to lead the complete sales operation from our Bloomsburg, PA headquarters. The role directs the Direct Sales Team and coordinates cross-functional efforts, with up to 10% travel across the United States and Canada.

Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Performance: Guide and develop Dyco's Direct Sales Team and Application Engineering/Quotation Specialists across onsite, remote, and hybrid settings; set clear objectives, provide ongoing coaching, and drive accountability for outcomes.
Pipeline & Opportunity Management: Maintain full visibility into major opportunities from prospecting through post-award; collaborate with staff to prioritize resources across design, manufacturing, and installation, balancing customer needs with the most strategically valuable opportunities for Dyco.
Sales Strategy & Execution: Create and implement strategies for winning projects in an engineered-solutions sales context; drive demand generation, lead qualification, and sales enablement in partnership with marketing; own the end-to-end sales cycle from lead to close, ensuring alignment of Application Engineering and Quotation teams.
Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Actively coordinate with Engineering, Finance, Manufacturing, Service, and Installation; participate in inter-departmental and strategic management meetings; make decisions with the broader success of Dyco in mind, not solely sales metrics.

Requirements

The Role
