Job Description

Hilton is seeking a Complex Business Travel Sales Manager in Burlingame, CA (onsite) to drive corporate and local travel revenue, manage negotiated rate programs, and grow market share, with a salary range of USD 95,000 - 110,000 per year.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute annual sales and marketing plans aligned to revenue targets, monitor market shifts, and adapt to evolving customer needs.
Identify and convert new corporate and local travel opportunities through proactive outreach, targeted sales calls, and tailored proposals.
Lead strategy and execution for Corporate and Local Negotiated Rates programs, leveraging data and cross-functional collaboration to grow market share.
Build and maintain luxury consortia partnerships (AMEX FHR, Virtuoso, Signature, Impresario) with personalized service, strategic marketing investments, and compelling digital content on extranet sites.
Provide high-touch account management for key accounts and corporate travel planners via email, phone, and in-person meetings; regularly review production and adjust strategies to retain and grow.
Own and expand presence in the local market within a 5-block radius, focusing on verticals such as legal and healthcare, networking with local businesses, and partnering with group sales to uncover opportunities.
Direct the hotel’s positioning on consortia platforms and marketing programs to drive agent engagement and strengthen brand perception.

Requirements

2 to 3 years of experience as a Senior Sales Manager or BT Sales Manager.
Knowledge of the Bay Area market.
