Job Description

Hilton is seeking a Complex Business Travel Sales Manager in Burlingame, CA (onsite) to drive corporate and local travel revenue, manage negotiated rate programs, and grow market share, with a salary range of USD 95,000 - 110,000 per year.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute annual sales and marketing plans aligned to revenue targets, monitor market shifts, and adapt to evolving customer needs.
  • Identify and convert new corporate and local travel opportunities through proactive outreach, targeted sales calls, and tailored proposals.
  • Lead strategy and execution for Corporate and Local Negotiated Rates programs, leveraging data and cross-functional collaboration to grow market share.
  • Build and maintain luxury consortia partnerships (AMEX FHR, Virtuoso, Signature, Impresario) with personalized service, strategic marketing investments, and compelling digital content on extranet sites.
  • Provide high-touch account management for key accounts and corporate travel planners via email, phone, and in-person meetings; regularly review production and adjust strategies to retain and grow.
  • Own and expand presence in the local market within a 5-block radius, focusing on verticals such as legal and healthcare, networking with local businesses, and partnering with group sales to uncover opportunities.
  • Direct the hotel’s positioning on consortia platforms and marketing programs to drive agent engagement and strengthen brand perception.

Requirements

  • 2 to 3 years of experience as a Senior Sales Manager or BT Sales Manager.
  • Knowledge of the Bay Area market.
