Job Description

Revelation Machinery is hiring a Business Development Representative to prospect machinery opportunities through high-volume outbound outreach. This role emphasizes fast lead capture, thorough forwarding to the Acquisition team, and consistent activity tracking in CRM to support daily deal flow.

Role Overview

The position focuses on connecting with potential equipment sellers, identifying machines that can be resold, collecting initial details such as specifications and photos, and promptly transmitting all collected information to the Acquisition Manager. The workflow is designed for speed and volume, with a remote nationwide structure and a hybrid schedule tied to the local office commutes.

Location: Empire, CA (hybrid)
Remote coverage: remote nationwide
Hybrid requirement: candidates based within commuting distance of the Gilbert, AZ or Modesto, CA offices

Key Responsibilities

Make 100 outbound calls per day to potential equipment sellers
Identify and submit 30 quality machines per month
Collect specs, photos, and seller contact information (any available details)
Immediately forward all information to the Acquisition Manager, even if incomplete
Maintain clear CRM records for all contacts and sourced machines
Support company strategy by following established processes and pushing new opportunities daily

Required Qualifications

Experience building something from scratch, or a strong desire to do so
Motivation driven by upside, not only a fixed paycheck
Strong phone communication and outbound sales skills
Self-motivated, activity-driven approach
Comfort working in CRM and digital tools
Machinery knowledge or willingness to learn

Base salary: $50,000 per year
Commission: 2.5% of gross margin on closed deals
OTE: $70,000–$80,000
