Bring actionable customer and competitive intelligence back into the business to drive decisions and action.
Maintain accurate CRM opportunities, next steps, and pipeline information.
Track results and continuously improve the sales approach based on what is working.
Build understanding of Superior’s current U.S. industrial sewing business, then segment and prioritize customers, strategic accounts, and prospects.
Develop focused plans for priority growth and recovery opportunities and move them toward new orders, expanded relationships, and recurring revenue.
