- Identify opportunities to recover business that has moved to competitors.
- Conduct meaningful customer discovery on products, applications, pricing, availability, service requirements, and competitive alternatives.
- Understand how industrial sewing customers buy, the applications they support, and where Superior can add value.

- Maintain accurate CRM opportunities, next steps, and pipeline information.
- Track results and continuously improve the sales approach based on what is working.
- Build understanding of Superior’s current U.S. industrial sewing business, then segment and prioritize customers, strategic accounts, and prospects.
- Develop focused plans for priority growth and recovery opportunities and move them toward new orders, expanded relationships, and recurring revenue.

- Experience growing existing customers beyond historical purchasing patterns.
- Strong commercial judgment around pricing, margins, customer economics, opportunity qualification, and negotiation.
- Ability to understand and communicate technical product and application information credibly.
- Comfort identifying competitive weaknesses and developing strategies to win business.
- Strong follow-through and organizational discipline.
- Comfort using CRM and maintaining an accurate, actionable sales pipeline.
- Ability to work independently while coordinating closely with sales, customer experience, purchasing, supplier, and product teams.
- Experience with industrial sewing equipment, sewing-machine parts, cutting equipment, consumables, factory supplies, textile/apparel manufacturing, upholstery, automotive sewing, technical textiles, or related industrial markets is especially valuable.
- Direct experience in industrial sewing or a closely related industry.
