Job Description

Based in Grandville, Michigan, this onsite, full-time role offers a salary range of 50,000 to 150,000 USD per year, plus uncapped commission opportunities and a clear path for career growth. You will join a fast-growing staffing and workforce solutions partner serving light industrial, manufacturing, clerical, and professional sectors. Responsibilities

Identify, research, and pursue potential clients within targeted industries and territories.
Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to hit monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Conduct on-site client visits, cold outreach, presentations, and networking to generate new business opportunities.
Cultivate relationships with hiring managers, HR professionals, and other key decision-makers.
Assess client workforce challenges and propose tailored staffing solutions.
Work closely with recruiters to ensure client requirements are fulfilled.
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service agreements.
Record sales activity and maintain accurate CRM data.
Represent the company at industry events, job fairs, and networking functions.
Attend weekly sales meetings and contribute to growth strategies.
Provide on-site support during peak periods and assist with internal coverage as needed.

Requirements

At least two years of outside sales experience in the staffing industry.
Proven ability to generate new business and build client relationships for a staffing agency.
Solid understanding of temporary staffing, temp-to-hire, direct hire, and workforce solutions.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Self-driven with the ability to work independently and manage a sales territory.
History of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for client visits.
