Job Description

Aarons Sales & Lease is hiring a Sales Manager to help drive revenue growth and strengthen its presence across diverse markets from Jamestown, ND. This full-time, in-person role offers a clear focus on leading a sales team, growing key accounts, and expanding business development efforts. Hourly pay ranges from $17.00 to $20.00 with an expected 40.0 hours per week, plus benefits including a 401(k), employee discount, and paid time off.

What you will do

Build and execute comprehensive sales strategies aligned with company objectives to penetrate new markets and expand existing accounts.
Lead, motivate, and manage a sales team to meet or exceed sales targets.
Identify potential clients through targeted prospecting and networking across various industries.
Run outside sales activities, including face-to-face meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
Develop strong client relationships by understanding needs and providing tailored solutions.
Manage key accounts to support customer satisfaction, retention, and growth opportunities.
Collaborate with marketing teams to design campaigns that generate leads and increase brand awareness.
Use Salesforce to track sales activities, forecast revenue, and analyze performance metrics.
Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to secure profitable deals while maintaining customer trust.
Oversee the full sales cycle from lead generation through closing and post-sale support.
Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to refine sales tactics.
Provide regular reporting on sales performance, pipeline status, and strategic recommendations to senior management.
Support continuous improvement through coaching, training, and development initiatives.
