Responsibilities

Develop new business and build strong referral relationships with real estate agents, lenders, attorneys, and related professionals
Maintain and grow an active pipeline of prospects and clients
Represent North Star Title through sales calls, office visits, meetings, networking events, and industry functions
Educate clients and prospects on our title insurance, settlement, and closing services
Provide proactive follow-up, clear communication, and exceptional client service
Track activity, opportunities, and client engagement in our CRM
Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales and business development goals

Requirements

Sales experience preferred; relevant industry experience in title, mortgage, real estate, or related fields is a strong plus
Strong relationship-building and networking capabilities
Self-starter mindset with high motivation and accountability
Confidence in face-to-face meetings, presentations, and business development conversations
Effective communication, organization, and follow-through
Ability to handle rejection as part of business development and view setbacks as learning opportunities
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
