Responsibilities
- Develop new business and build strong referral relationships with real estate agents, lenders, attorneys, and related professionals
- Maintain and grow an active pipeline of prospects and clients
- Represent North Star Title through sales calls, office visits, meetings, networking events, and industry functions
- Educate clients and prospects on our title insurance, settlement, and closing services
- Provide proactive follow-up, clear communication, and exceptional client service
- Track activity, opportunities, and client engagement in our CRM
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales and business development goals
Requirements
- Sales experience preferred; relevant industry experience in title, mortgage, real estate, or related fields is a strong plus
- Strong relationship-building and networking capabilities
- Self-starter mindset with high motivation and accountability
- Confidence in face-to-face meetings, presentations, and business development conversations
- Effective communication, organization, and follow-through
- Ability to handle rejection as part of business development and view setbacks as learning opportunities
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
