Responsibilities

  • Develop new business and build strong referral relationships with real estate agents, lenders, attorneys, and related professionals
  • Maintain and grow an active pipeline of prospects and clients
  • Represent North Star Title through sales calls, office visits, meetings, networking events, and industry functions
  • Educate clients and prospects on our title insurance, settlement, and closing services
  • Provide proactive follow-up, clear communication, and exceptional client service
  • Track activity, opportunities, and client engagement in our CRM
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales and business development goals

Requirements

  • Sales experience preferred; relevant industry experience in title, mortgage, real estate, or related fields is a strong plus
  • Strong relationship-building and networking capabilities
  • Self-starter mindset with high motivation and accountability
  • Confidence in face-to-face meetings, presentations, and business development conversations
  • Effective communication, organization, and follow-through
  • Ability to handle rejection as part of business development and view setbacks as learning opportunities
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
