Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Managers overseeing cultivation BDOs
Participate in sales calls (in-person and virtual) to observe, support, and provide post-call feedback
Foster a high-performance culture centered on accountability, execution, and results
Conduct regular performance reviews, pipeline inspections, and deal coaching sessions
Identify performance gaps and take decisive action to improve outcomes
Execute regional sales strategy aligned to company objectives and revenue targets
Drive performance across portfolio growth
Ensure disciplined pipeline management, forecasting accuracy, and CRM utilization
Monitor key performance metrics and act as needed
Partner with internal teams (marketing, product, underwriting) to drive growth initiatives
Collaborate with channel partners and enterprise stakeholders (including UPS sales teams) to expand opportunities
Hire, onboard, and develop top sales talent
Build succession plans
Drive engagement through consistent communication, recognition, and leadership visibility

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree or international equivalent
Hold a valid property & casualty insurance license
Background in financial services, insurance, or risk-based products
3+ years of sales experience, including time as a BDO
Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving goals
Strong knowledge of both acquisition and cultivation models
Experience with forecasting, pipeline management, and data-driven decision making
Strong communication and presentation skills
Advanced proficiency with CRM systems, forecasting tools, and analytics platforms (eg, Salesforce, Power BI, Anaplan)
