Benefits

  • Guaranteed base: $525/week ($27,300/year) paid every week, regardless of appointments set
  • Appointment bonus: $35 per qualified appointment scheduled (10 per week translates to $350 extra weekly)
  • Gas stipend: $40/day for your 3 independent working days ($120/week)
  • Tiered commission: on closed roofing deals sourced from your appointments — 0.5% on the first $200,000, 1.0% on $200,001–$500,000, and 1.5% on $500,001+

Responsibilities

  • set 10 qualified homeowner appointments per week for the roofing sales team
  • qualify leads by identifying homeowners with interest or roofing needs
  • log all activity and appointments in our CRM daily
  • attend weekly team sales meetings and one-on-one coaching sessions with your SDR manager
  • work 2 days per week in the field alongside your SDR manager with a company vehicle provided
  • run your own assigned territory independently 3 days per week

Requirements

  • self-motivated and disciplined, you don’t need someone managing your day

About This Position

As a Sales Development Representative, you will operate in assigned residential territories, canvassing neighborhoods to set appointments for the roofing sales team. You are not closing deals; the goal is to spark the right conversations and secure qualified meetings. The role includes a guaranteed weekly base, a dedicated SDR manager to work with in the field two days a week, and a defined path to a full sales representative position within six months. We provide a structured onboarding program, weekly coaching, and hands-on field training with your manager to support success. A recruiter will reach out by phone to coordinate interviews this week.
