UPS is seeking a Capital Regional Sales Manager - Enterprise to guide a team of Sales Managers who supervise cultivation BDOs across the region. This leadership role focuses on delivering revenue, margin, and pipeline targets by translating strategy into actionable plans and maintaining a disciplined approach to sales execution and performance coaching. The position is based in Alpharetta, GA with remote work flexibility and offers a yearly salary between 120,000 and 134,520 USD.

Compensation and location

Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Managers overseeing cultivation BDOs
- Participate in sales calls (in-person and virtual) to observe, support, and provide post-call feedback
- Foster a high-performance culture centered on accountability, execution, and results
- Conduct regular performance reviews, pipeline inspections, and deal coaching sessions
- Identify performance gaps and take decisive action to improve outcomes
- Execute regional sales strategy aligned to company objectives and revenue targets
- Drive performance across portfolio growth
- Ensure disciplined pipeline management, forecasting accuracy, and CRM utilization
- Monitor key performance metrics and act as needed
- Partner with internal teams (marketing, product, underwriting) to drive growth initiatives
- Collaborate with channel partners and enterprise stakeholders (including UPS sales teams) to expand opportunities
- Hire, onboard, and develop top sales talent
- Build succession plans
- Drive engagement through consistent communication, recognition, and leadership visibility
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or international equivalent
- Hold a valid property & casualty insurance license
- Background in financial services, insurance, or risk-based products
- 3+ years of sales experience, including time as a BDO
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving goals
- Strong knowledge of both acquisition and cultivation models
- Experience with forecasting, pipeline management, and data-driven decision making
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Advanced proficiency with CRM systems, forecasting tools, and analytics platforms (eg, Salesforce, Power BI, Anaplan)
