Job Description

Windsor Capital Group (Windsor Hospitality) is hiring a Sales Manager to help grow hotel revenue across assigned market segments. If you enjoy building relationships, developing new business, and connecting with clients through sales calls, proposals, and events, this role offers structured goal ownership along with meaningful support and benefits.

Location: Alpharetta, GA (onsite) in the thriving business hub near Embassy Suites.

What you’ll do

  • Meet assigned sales, revenue, and solicitation call goals for designated market segments.
  • Develop and execute business plans and drive proactive outreach through phone, email, site tours, and client visits.
  • Build and maintain an active sales pipeline and document all client interactions in the sales management system.
  • Create personalized and creative proposals, then negotiate and execute contracts with DOS approval.
  • Participate in the Daily Business Review and adhere to rate guidelines.
  • Develop lasting relationships with CVB, National Sales Offices, Planners Associations, and the Chamber of Commerce.
  • Attend trade shows and market events locally and nationally, including pre- and post-trip reporting.
  • Travel locally for outside sales calls and competitive market review.

What you bring

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent education and experience).
  • Results-oriented approach with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales and revenue targets.
  • Strong prospecting and relationship-building skills across assigned market segments.
  • Creative communication skills to develop compelling proposals and presentations.
  • High adaptability to manage prospecting, proposal writing, client meetings, and trade show activity at the same time.
  • Warm, attentive, and service-oriented mindset with clients and guests.
  • Proficiency in hotel sales management software and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work weekends and holidays and travel as needed.
  • Valid Driver’s License may be required.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Schedule and hours

This position is [full-time, part-time, on-call], with schedules that may vary based on business need. Flexibility to work any day of the week, including weekends and holidays, may be required. Specific shift details will be discussed during the interview process.
