Job Description

This onsite leadership role directs Galaxy Lifts' sales organization, driving revenue growth and shaping sales strategy while building a high-performing team aligned with the company’s goals and values. The position is based in Mabank, Texas, and demands a seasoned track record in senior sales leadership.

Responsibilities

Provide leadership, coaching, and development for the Sales Manager, Retail Sales Team, and Dealer Sales Team to meet individual and team targets.
Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand market presence.
Set short- and long-term sales goals, analyze market trends, and adjust plans in response to competitive dynamics.
Source and allocate the tools, leads, and technology necessary for the team to close opportunities.
Cultivate senior-level relationships with major clients and partners to secure enterprise deals and ensure retention.
Establish and monitor KPIs and performance metrics across the sales organization.
Foster strong relationships with key clients, prospects, and industry partners.
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and leadership to align sales initiatives with business objectives.
Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them.
Manage the sales pipeline, forecasting, and reporting using CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
Represent Galaxy Lifts at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.
Promote accountability and a results-driven culture within the sales team.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
7 to 10+ years of progressive sales experience, including at least 2 years in a sales leadership role.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets.
Experience managing and developing sales teams.
Strong proficiency with CRM platforms such as HubSpot.
Excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Experience in the lift, construction, industrial, or related industry preferred.
Analytical problem-solving abilities with critical thinking skills.
High level of proficiency with sales scripts and role-playing.
Location: Mabank-Tyler, TX onsite.
