Responsibilities

Identify opportunities, cultivate relationships, win business, and close deals
Engage decision-makers who oversee substantial real estate portfolios, including building owners, private investors and family offices, CEOs, CFOs, and other C-suite leaders
Portfolio dispositions
Sale-leasebacks
Corporate real estate strategy assignments
Multi-location consolidations
Large single-asset dispositions
Monetization of surplus real estate
Develop and nurture pipelines and long-term client relationships
Pursue opportunities locally in New York and the Northeast and across all 50 states and Canada, leveraging a national platform with local reach
Operate within a strategy-driven brokerage that provides platform support for larger transactions
