Responsibilities
- Identify opportunities, cultivate relationships, win business, and close deals
- Engage decision-makers who oversee substantial real estate portfolios, including building owners, private investors and family offices, CEOs, CFOs, and other C-suite leaders
- Portfolio dispositions
- Sale-leasebacks
- Corporate real estate strategy assignments
- Multi-location consolidations
- Large single-asset dispositions
- Monetization of surplus real estate
- Develop and nurture pipelines and long-term client relationships
- Pursue opportunities locally in New York and the Northeast and across all 50 states and Canada, leveraging a national platform with local reach
- Operate within a strategy-driven brokerage that provides platform support for larger transactions
