Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a business development strategy aligned with firm goals.
- Leverage local and national client relationships to identify and win new business.
- Establish and grow relationships with developers, owners, architects/engineers, and commercial real estate professionals.
- Represent Corcon at networking events, conferences, and industry functions.
- Collaborate with leadership, marketing, and estimating teams to deliver proposals and project pitches.
- Maintain and track business development activities using CRM tools and AI.
- Analyze market trends and provide strategic insights to leadership.
Requirements
- Multiple years of business development experience in the construction or a related industry, or a strong track record of revenue generation and client success.
- A well-established network of contacts and the ability to hit the ground running.
- Strong presence, communication, and presentation skills.
- Motivated, accountable, and results-oriented mindset.
- Degrees in Business, Marketing, or Construction Management are a plus.
- Business development: 7 years (Required).
