Business Development Manager

Corcon, a nationally respected construction management firm based in Garden City, New York, seeks a dynamic Business Development Manager to lead new client acquisition across local and national markets. The role centers on cultivating relationships with developers, owners, architects and engineers, and commercial real estate professionals to win new business. The position is onsite in Garden City and offers a salary of USD 75,000 per year.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a business development strategy aligned with firm goals.
• Leverage local and national client relationships to identify and win new business.
• Establish and grow relationships with developers, owners, architects/engineers, and commercial real estate professionals.
• Represent Corcon at networking events, conferences, and industry functions.
• Collaborate with leadership, marketing, and estimating teams to deliver proposals and project pitches.
• Maintain and track business development activities using CRM tools and AI.
• Analyze market trends and provide strategic insights to leadership.

Requirements

• Multiple years of business development experience in the construction or a related industry, or a strong track record of revenue generation and client success.
• A well-established network of contacts and the ability to hit the ground running.
• Strong presence, communication, and presentation skills.
• Motivated, accountable, and results-oriented mindset.
• Degrees in Business, Marketing, or Construction Management are a plus.
• Business development: 7 years (Required).
