Precision Garage Door of Indianapolis is expanding its footprint in the residential builder and commercial markets with a dynamic Builder & Commercial Business Development Manager. This role centers on building relationships, pursuing strategic partnerships, and developing a robust sales pipeline through outbound outreach and thoughtful territory planning. It is a hybrid position based in Noblesville, IN, focused on creating opportunities rather than managing existing accounts.
Responsibilities
- Identify and cultivate relationships with custom home builders, production builders, and commercial clients
- Generate meetings through outbound calls, networking, LinkedIn outreach, referrals, jobsite visits, and in-person prospecting
- Maintain a healthy pipeline of builder and commercial opportunities
- Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to drive growth
- Conduct site visits and collect field measurements
- Review building plans and specifications
- Prepare project estimates and proposals
- Keep CRM documentation and pipeline forecasting accurate
- Consult with customers on design options on site or remotely

Compensation

The role features an uncapped commission plan, bonus incentives, and a year-one guarantee of $100,000 to $150,000 depending on the candidate. There is significant upside for high performers who exceed goals.
