Work location is Nottingham, NH (remote), with remote flexibility.

What you can expect: a straightforward, performance-focused position where you manage your own prospect pipeline, move opportunities through the full sales cycle, and work toward monthly sales and revenue targets. You will also receive professional development assistance to support your growth.

Present and position Luxerecruite’s services effectively to prospective clients.
Handle objections and negotiate with decision-makers.
Follow up consistently and maintain an organized sales pipeline.
Meet and exceed monthly sales and revenue targets.
Maintain accurate records of outreach, conversations, follow-ups, and opportunities.
Work independently with full ownership of your assigned pipeline.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of proven business development or sales experience.
