Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and referral sources.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and community organizations.
Represent the organization at networking events, meetings, and industry functions.
Collaborate with leadership and internal teams to align business development efforts with operational capacity and strategic priorities.
Research market trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities to inform growth strategies.
Track and report on business development activities, leads, and outcomes.
Coordinate presentations, proposals, and outreach materials as needed.
Support marketing and outreach initiatives to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Ensure all business development activities align with organizational policies, compliance requirements, and ethical standards.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, healthcare administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience in business development, sales, marketing, or relationship management.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
Demonstrated ability to build and sustain professional relationships.
Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments.
Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and related business tools.
Outreach experience: 2 years (Required)
