Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and referral sources.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and community organizations.
- Represent the organization at networking events, meetings, and industry functions.
- Collaborate with leadership and internal teams to align business development efforts with operational capacity and strategic priorities.
- Research market trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities to inform growth strategies.
- Track and report on business development activities, leads, and outcomes.
- Coordinate presentations, proposals, and outreach materials as needed.
- Support marketing and outreach initiatives to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Ensure all business development activities align with organizational policies, compliance requirements, and ethical standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, healthcare administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in business development, sales, marketing, or relationship management.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build and sustain professional relationships.
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments.
- Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and related business tools.
