Lead nationwide growth for the Commander product lines at Weis Fire and Safety Equipment LLC, blending inside and outside sales with travel.

Foster and expand relationships with existing customers while building a nationwide client base
Promote and sell the Draft Commander 3000, Foam Commander, and Hose Commander product lines
Develop partnerships with fire departments, training organizations, and industrial buyers
Oversee the full sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure
Deliver on-site product demonstrations at customer locations
Maintain CRM records, manage the sales pipeline, and provide forecasting
Prepare quotes, bids, and formal proposals
Provide post-sale support and address customer issues as they arise
Proactively update customers on order status, potential delays, or problems
Contribute to regular reporting and sales projections
Represent the company at trade shows and industry events

At least five years in sales, with preference for fire apparatus, fire equipment, or capital equipment sectors
Demonstrated ability to follow up consistently, manage a sales pipeline, and close deals
Self-motivated with a strong drive and a goal-oriented mindset
Experience managing a multi-state or national territory preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Familiarity with quoting systems; QuickBooks experience is a plus
Experience using CRM systems and managing sales pipelines
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities
Must hold a valid driver’s license (Class B CDL is a plus)
Willingness to travel
