Job Description

Senior Tech Business Development role within Amazon's Publisher Monetization team, focused on demand generation and adoption of device advertising solutions, onsite in Seattle, WA, with a salary range of USD 147,900 - 220,200 per year.

Responsibilities

Craft and implement go-to-market plans targeting demand generation and adoption for device advertising, collaborating with sales, product, finance, and engineering teams.
Identify novel growth strategies to accelerate device display advertising growth, improve efficiency, and scale operations.
Set business objectives informed by market segmentation and customer insights; build tracking mechanisms to measure adoption and optimize sales execution.
Direct cross-functional efforts to align with customer needs, refine product offerings, and hit revenue targets with teams across sales, marketing, product, and program teams.
Deliver regular business reviews that summarize roadmap updates, strategic inputs, performance metrics, and financial results for senior leadership.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree
5+ years of experience developing, negotiating, and executing business agreements
At least five years of professional or military experience
5+ years in go-to-market, business development, sales, or consulting roles
Proven ability to develop strategies that influence organizational leadership decisions
Experience crafting, leading, negotiating, and executing corporate and/or business transactions
Experience influencing diverse internal and external stakeholders
Experience presenting to both technical and non-technical executive audiences
Experience interpreting data and translating insights into actionable business recommendations

Preferred Qualifications

Master's degree in business, data science, public administration, finance, engineering, human resources, or related field, or PMP certification
Knowledge of publisher ad tech stacks and advertising technology
Knowledge of the AdTech industry, including Ad Servers, SSPs, and DSPs
Experience leading complex, multi-year initiatives that are cross-functional and span business and technology
