Job Description

Senior Tech Business Development role within Amazon's Publisher Monetization team, focused on demand generation and adoption of device advertising solutions, onsite in Seattle, WA, with a salary range of USD 147,900 - 220,200 per year.

Responsibilities

  • Craft and implement go-to-market plans targeting demand generation and adoption for device advertising, collaborating with sales, product, finance, and engineering teams.
  • Identify novel growth strategies to accelerate device display advertising growth, improve efficiency, and scale operations.
  • Set business objectives informed by market segmentation and customer insights; build tracking mechanisms to measure adoption and optimize sales execution.
  • Direct cross-functional efforts to align with customer needs, refine product offerings, and hit revenue targets with teams across sales, marketing, product, and program teams.
  • Deliver regular business reviews that summarize roadmap updates, strategic inputs, performance metrics, and financial results for senior leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of experience developing, negotiating, and executing business agreements
  • At least five years of professional or military experience
  • 5+ years in go-to-market, business development, sales, or consulting roles
  • Proven ability to develop strategies that influence organizational leadership decisions
  • Experience crafting, leading, negotiating, and executing corporate and/or business transactions
  • Experience influencing diverse internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience presenting to both technical and non-technical executive audiences
  • Experience interpreting data and translating insights into actionable business recommendations

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in business, data science, public administration, finance, engineering, human resources, or related field, or PMP certification
  • Knowledge of publisher ad tech stacks and advertising technology
  • Knowledge of the AdTech industry, including Ad Servers, SSPs, and DSPs
  • Experience leading complex, multi-year initiatives that are cross-functional and span business and technology
