Alphorn Ford in Monroe is seeking an experienced automotive Sales Manager to coach a sales team and drive day-to-day performance onsite in Monroe, WI.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers effectively to optimize the sales process and outcomes
• Set the tone for team morale and a healthy, competitive sales environment
• Lead by example while staying enthusiastic and productive
• Track daily sales activity, appointments, and call follow-up to maintain momentum
• Manage customer satisfaction and generate new leads
