Job Description

Pureline Treatment Systems LLC is seeking a Business Development Manager to grow fumigation and decontamination services through consultative B2B selling. The role emphasizes full-cycle pipeline ownership, recurring food and beverage programs, and the expansion of new verticals, with regular on-site travel across facilities.

Role Focus

This position owns consultative sales efforts for Pureline’s fumigation services, supporting expansion in Food & Beverage accounts and developing additional verticals. You will engage Food Safety Consultants as well as US Food Processing Companies, positioning total cost of treatment and downtime advantages against incumbent methods.

Responsibilities

Own the full sales cycle for fumigation services, including prospecting, qualification, facility scoping, proposal development, and closing.
Drive pipeline through outbound outreach (calls, email, LinkedIn) and manage inbound and inside sales opportunities generated from marketing and trade shows.
Travel regularly to conduct on-site visits to assess facilities, understand production environments, and build relationships with decision-makers.
Expand and deepen existing Food & Beverage accounts, including consultants and processors such as dairy, cheese, meat, ready-to-eat, and beverage producers, with an emphasis on proactive, recurring fumigation programs.
Develop new verticals, including poultry operations (hatcheries, broilers, integrators), pharmaceuticals, and cosmetics manufacturing.
Lead consultative, technical discussions with food safety managers, plant engineers, quality directors, and operations leaders, focusing on treatment outcomes and reduced downtime.
Coordinate with Pureline’s engineering and operations teams to scope treatments, schedule service, and ensure jobs meet validated-results standards.
Maintain accurate pipeline, forecast, and account records in the CRM.
Represent Pureline at industry trade shows and conferences and share competitive and market intelligence with the team.

Required Qualifications

3 to 10 years of B2B sales experience, ideally selling technical services, equipment, or solutions into industrial, food processing, or manufacturing environments, or equivalent experience as a food safety or sanitation professional.
A demonstrated ability to succeed in both outbound prospecting and inside sales, including building pipeline from scratch and managing the full cycle to close.
Willingness and flexibility to travel regularly for site visits and to be actively engaged in field and plant-floor conditions.
Ability to conduct credible consultative conversations with engineers, quality directors, consultants, and procurement professionals, including comfort with technical detail.
Strong discovery and listening skills to identify the facility’s underlying needs before proposing solutions.
Self-directed, disciplined execution in a remote role, including territory ownership and time management.
Comfort using CRM tools and maintaining a data-driven approach to pipeline management.
