Lockheed Martin RMS GBAS/MMAD is seeking a Senior Staff Business Development Analyst to drive growth across the GBAS and MMAD segments. The role combines opportunity identification, capture strategy development, and close collaboration with customers and internal stakeholders, with travel Internationally and domestically. This position is part time and based in Liverpool, NY with a hybrid work arrangement.
Responsibilities
- Support business growth initiatives across the GBAS and MMAD market segments
- Identify opportunities within GBAS and MMAD
- Develop winning capture strategies
- Execute successful captures
- Manage New Business Fund accounts (MA/B&P)
- Support Long Range Planning
- Maintain customer and stakeholder relationships
- Coordinate trade shows and communications plans
- Assist with proposal development
- Support product roadmap planning
- Ensure activities comply with corporate policies and applicable regulations
- Travel domestically and internationally
Requirements
- Established and successful reputation in the business market with relationships to relevant customers
- Aptitude for strategic planning, financial analysis, capture management and teaming
- Diplomatic, persuasive and articulate communication style to engage with internal and external senior executives
- Knowledge and experience in the federal acquisition process, including Federal Acquisition Regulations
- Proactive, meticulous, strong project management and organizational skills
- Business acumen with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, reliability and sound judgment
- Commitment to personal accountability, achievement, learning and continual improvement
- Ability to summarize complex issues into concise, cohesive presentations
- Team-oriented with excellent communication and presentation skills
- Prior experience in radars in a technical, programmatic or business development capacity
- Current SECRET clearance to be considered

Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their schedule remotely and part of their schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work schedules
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility. The schedule for this position is 4x10 hour days with 3 days off per week. Some standard options may be available, and condensed schedules may be offered in addition to paid time off benefits.
Salary
The annual base salary range is $128,400 - $226,435 for certain states (CA, MA, NY excluding most major metro areas) and other listed states. For most major metropolitan areas in CA, MA, and NY the range is $147,700 - $255,990. For states not referenced above, the salary will reflect the candidate’s final work location. This is a general guideline; actual compensation considers factors such as scope and responsibilities, experience, and training.
