Job Description

Support sales performance through hands-on marketing execution and community image management. Marietta, GA (onsite).

Responsibilities

Partner with the Executive Director to develop and execute the community marketing plan.
Drive and support meeting the community sales goals.
Lead daily building efforts through discovery, tours, luncheons, special events, inquiry follow-up, and telemarketing for leads and prospects.
Work weekend hours and evenings as needed to support sales activity.
Coordinate move-ins and move-in dates with the Executive Director and/or Business Office Manager.
Manage and maintain the marketing budget.
Maintain working knowledge of required computer systems and software.
Maintain confidentiality of business policies and procedures, as well as resident and prospective resident information.
Build and maintain strong, active relationships with residents and their families.
Meet and/or exceed referral expectations by creating and implementing a referral marketing plan.
Maintain current lists of show rooms and vacant apartments.
Keep staff informed of product information including pricing, program changes, policy changes, and promotional programs.
Update competitive information bi-annually or when changes occur; communicate updates to the management team.
Maintain an understanding of the aging process and the needs of older adults.
Attend required training, in-service sessions, and staff meetings.
Promote teamwork across coworkers and departments; support a positive professional image through actions and dress.
Communicate effectively and interact positively with the Executive Director and other department heads.
Complete other assigned duties.

Requirements

3+ years of experience (minimum requirement).
Must be able to speak, read, and write in English.
High school degree or equivalent.
Strong organization and communication skills, including effective interpersonal skills.
Computer experience with email programs, word processing, spreadsheets, and databases.
Current driver’s license with good MVR and reliable transportation.
Senior housing experience: One (3) year experience in working in Senior Housing required.
Preferred: related experience in seniors housing.
Previous sales and marketing experience.
