Job Description

Develop new business opportunities for contract packaging services and manage the sales pipeline with CRM support, traveling throughout Southern California and occasionally nationwide.

Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities for ProPack24's contract packaging services.
Target food manufacturers, importers, distributors, private label brands, and consumer brands.
Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline within a CRM system.
Schedule customer meetings, facility tours, and product demonstrations.
Capture customer packaging requirements and coordinate with operations to prepare proposals.
Prepare pricing quotations and negotiate service agreements.
Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and industry conferences.
Collaborate with operations to ensure smooth project launches.
Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
Maintain long-term relationships with customers and identify expansion opportunities.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of outside sales experience.
Experience selling co packing, food manufacturing, packaging equipment, ingredients, foodservice, or related industries.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Self-starter capable of working independently.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Ability to travel throughout Southern California and occasionally nationwide.
