Sales Development Representative / Inbound SDR (Bilingual Spanish Speakers Encouraged to Apply!)
Job Description
Aircall's North America sales team is seeking an inbound Sales Development Representative. Bilingual Spanish speakers are encouraged to apply, as you will qualify warm inbound leads, support Account Executives, and help grow Aircall's customer base. This role offers uncapped commission potential and a clear path for advancement within a fast-growing SaaS environment.
Location: New York, NY (hybrid) • Salary: USD 66,300 - 79,300 per year
Responsibilities
- Be the initial touchpoint in the sales funnel, screening and qualifying inbound leads through phone and chat.
- Respond promptly to leads across email, phone, and chat, handling a high-volume flow of inquiries.
- Represent Aircall with professionalism and convey product value to a diverse range of buyer personas.
- Highlight product features and business benefits to spark curiosity and interest.
- Support North America Account Executives by scheduling demos and meetings and logging activities in Salesforce.
- Pursue ongoing learning and skill development, staying current with industry trends.
Requirements
- Strong communicator: clear, direct, consultative approach with excellent verbal and written skills.
- Preferred: business-proficient Spanish to manage occasional LatAm leads.
- Working knowledge of CRM systems with a willingness to expand; experience with Intercom and Salesforce.
- Experience in a customer-facing role, such as sales, hospitality, retail, campus services, call banking, or at a tech company or SaaS startup.
- Team-oriented mindset with a focus on growth and helping teammates succeed.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, staying flexible, agile, and composed.
- Attention to detail, strong organization, and excellent time management to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines.
