Home Genius Exteriors is seeking a hands-on Sales Manager to lead daily sales operations, improve team performance, and develop future leaders. This is a field-based, onsite role in Ashland, VA with a clear focus on coaching, training, and meeting sales quotas.
Role Overview
The Sales Manager will oversee the sales team’s day-to-day execution, drive quota achievement through structured follow-up and performance tracking, and support reps with coaching and in-field presence. The position includes responsibility for hiring, training, and developing sales talent through ongoing workshops, training classes, and field support.
Key Responsibilities
- Hire, train, and coach sales reps, including running training classes and workshops
- Lead weekly meetings, track performance, and drive sales quota achievement
- Conduct ride alongs and provide coaching while in the field
- Deliver regular coaching, feedback, and performance reviews
- Build a positive, high-performing team culture aligned with company goals
Required Qualifications
- One-call close experience in Exterior/Interior Remodeling (required)
- 3+ years of sales experience
- 1+ year of sales management experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
Compensation and Pay Structure
Compensation is listed as USD 150,000 - 250,000 per yearly. Position pay includes W2 employment with OTE $250,000 - $400,000+ and a draw, commission, and bonuses that are paid weekly.
