Job Description

Onsite in Ashland, VA, the Regional Sales Manager will drive United States regional growth by shaping sales strategy, leading sales teams and distributor partners, and expanding territories and national accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Create and execute regional sales plans to meet or exceed volume and revenue targets.
  • Lead and support distributor channels to maximize regional coverage and performance.
  • Manage sales territory allocations and resource planning to align with market potential.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with national accounts and key customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
  • Track sales performance metrics and produce regular reports to inform strategy and progress toward goals.
  • Partner with marketing and product teams to tailor regional sales initiatives and promotional programs.
  • Hire, train, and mentor district sales teams to improve field effectiveness.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to proactively adjust sales strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in regional or territory sales management.
  • Proven track record of managing distributor sales and achieving sales volume targets.
  • Strong knowledge of national sales processes and managing key accounts.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
