Lifted Trucks is expanding with a new onsite location in Baytown, TX and is seeking an Experienced Automotive Sales Manager to lead the sales team and daily operations. This role offers a lucrative compensation range of $100,000 to $175,000 per year, along with a comprehensive benefits package designed to support health, retirement, and work-life balance. Responsibilities

Lead the sales team with a focus on achieving department goals and profitability
Set a clear vision for sales performance and develop strategies to meet or exceed targets
Recruit, hire, train, and motivate sales staff to maintain a positive and productive work environment
Oversee day-to-day operations including showroom, e-commerce, and phone traffic
Manage vehicle appraisals and negotiations to ensure customer satisfaction and profitability
Analyze performance metrics and implement action plans to address shortfalls
Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, mentor, and manage a team
Minimum of 3 years in dealership operations
At least 1 year in sales management or auto finance
Proven track record of delivering results and driving team success
Customer-centric approach focused on delivering a world-class experience
Ability to commute or relocate to Nashville prior to starting
Must pass background and MVR screenings
Driver's license is required
Baytown, TX 77521 is required to commute
Relocation to Baytown, TX 77521 before starting is required
