Job Description

Lifted Trucks is expanding with a new onsite location in Baytown, TX and is seeking an Experienced Automotive Sales Manager to lead the sales team and daily operations. This role offers a lucrative compensation range of $100,000 to $175,000 per year, along with a comprehensive benefits package designed to support health, retirement, and work-life balance. Responsibilities

  • Lead the sales team with a focus on achieving department goals and profitability
  • Set a clear vision for sales performance and develop strategies to meet or exceed targets
  • Recruit, hire, train, and motivate sales staff to maintain a positive and productive work environment
  • Oversee day-to-day operations including showroom, e-commerce, and phone traffic
  • Manage vehicle appraisals and negotiations to ensure customer satisfaction and profitability
  • Analyze performance metrics and implement action plans to address shortfalls
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, mentor, and manage a team
  • Minimum of 3 years in dealership operations
  • At least 1 year in sales management or auto finance
  • Proven track record of delivering results and driving team success
  • Customer-centric approach focused on delivering a world-class experience
  • Ability to commute or relocate to Nashville prior to starting
  • Must pass background and MVR screenings
  • Driver's license is required
  • Baytown, TX 77521 is required to commute
  • Relocation to Baytown, TX 77521 before starting is required
