Lifted Trucks is expanding with a new onsite location in Baytown, TX and is seeking an Experienced Automotive Sales Manager to lead the sales team and daily operations. This role offers a lucrative compensation range of $100,000 to $175,000 per year, along with a comprehensive benefits package designed to support health, retirement, and work-life balance. Responsibilities
- Lead the sales team with a focus on achieving department goals and profitability
- Set a clear vision for sales performance and develop strategies to meet or exceed targets
- Recruit, hire, train, and motivate sales staff to maintain a positive and productive work environment
- Oversee day-to-day operations including showroom, e-commerce, and phone traffic
- Manage vehicle appraisals and negotiations to ensure customer satisfaction and profitability
- Analyze performance metrics and implement action plans to address shortfalls
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, mentor, and manage a team
- Minimum of 3 years in dealership operations
- At least 1 year in sales management or auto finance
- Proven track record of delivering results and driving team success
- Customer-centric approach focused on delivering a world-class experience
- Ability to commute or relocate to Nashville prior to starting
- Must pass background and MVR screenings
- Driver's license is required
- Baytown, TX 77521 is required to commute
- Relocation to Baytown, TX 77521 before starting is required
