Job Description

In Fountain Valley, California, 405 Cabinets & Stone is seeking a senior sales leader to guide outside, inside, and design sales teams with full P&L ownership, reporting directly to the CEO. The role centers on driving revenue growth, enforcing KPI discipline, and building a high-performing organization that delivers exceptional customer experiences in a luxury context.

Responsibilities

Create and implement comprehensive sales plans, establish monthly, quarterly, and annual targets, and sustain revenue growth with solid profitability and reliable forecasts.
Define and enforce sales, operational, and financial KPIs; maintain pipeline health and reporting integrity; oversee pricing discipline and margin performance.
Analyze performance data to generate actionable insights and present recommendations to the executive team.
Maintain CRM compliance, data accuracy, and disciplined reporting across the sales organization.
Oversee hiring, onboarding, and training across sales execution, initial consultations and closing, and customer experience.
Hold regular one-on-one meetings, performance reviews, and development planning; coach on KPIs and address performance gaps constructively.
Foster a culture of accountability, ownership, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with the Front Desk Manager to manage front desk operations as the first point of contact, ensuring luxury-level service in every interaction.
Guarantee precise quoting, compliance with financial controls, smooth order processing, and seamless handoff to Operations and Warehouse.
Work with Marketing, Operations, Warehouse, and Finance to identify process gaps and implement scalable improvements.
Drive company growth initiatives, provide strategic reporting to the executive leadership, and support scalable, long-term organizational growth.
Lead teams to hit targets through clarity, capability, and genuine commitment rather than pressure.
Ensure one-on-one conversations leave team members clearer and more motivated than before.
Deliver customer relationships that feel long-term and trusted rather than transactional.
Present solutions alongside problems; report to the CEO with honesty, specificity, and forward-looking insights.
Lead a culture that attracts talent and makes people want to be part of the team through strong leadership.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Design, or a related field preferred.
8 to 10 or more years of progressive experience in inside sales, outside sales, design sales, retail leadership, or customer-facing sales management.
3 to 5 or more years in a senior leadership role with direct responsibility for hiring, training, and performance management.
Proven experience managing or influencing a 25+ person hunter sales team and multi-million-dollar revenue streams and pipelines, with sustained revenue growth, margin discipline, and operational accuracy.
Advanced proficiency with CRM systems, sales reporting, forecasting tools, and KPI dashboards.
Background in cabinetry, home improvement, luxury retail, or design-driven environments strongly preferred.

Job Description

The Business Development Representative role at Wish Granted Plumbing is a remote plus field-based position focused on expanding commercial, multi-family, and property management accounts across Orange County. Compensation

Develop relationships within industry associations and organizations

Schedule and conduct in-person meetings and presentations
Attend 4–8 networking events, HOA meetings, or industry association events per month

Requirements

1–3 years of B2B sales, outside sales, or business development experience (preferred)
Outgoing, personable, confident when meeting new people

Self-starter who can manage a remote and field-based schedule
Comfortable with high in-person outreach and regular evening events
Clean driving record and reliable transportation
Plumbing or home service experience is not required — training provided
