Job Description

Lead business development initiatives at AdventHealth Ocala in Ocala, Florida, with responsibility for planning, budgeting, project coordination, and associate performance.

Develop and implement marketing and business development plans
Market opportunities to potential candidates
Create and manage the annual marketing and business development budget
Project budgetary needs and monitor expenditures
Collect, analyze, document, and coordinate business development projects
Train, coach, and evaluate associates against performance expectations
Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders and business partners to deliver solutions
Collaborate with relevant departments to build effective marketing and business development strategies
Manage day-to-day operations while using independent judgment and creativity
Build strong relationships to advance departmental goals and vision
Support media activities, including interacting with media and facilitating requests
Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, Access, PowerPoint, and Word [Required]
Strong coordination and project management skills [Required]
Ability to supervise and manage business development initiatives [Required]
Ability to understand, interpret, and apply detailed and complex information [Required]
Effective interpersonal and active listening skills [Required]
Ability to conduct performance reviews and provide input for human resource decisions (including hiring, promotions, and disciplinary actions) [Required]
Must be able to read, write, and speak conversational English [Required]
Excellent time management skills [Preferred]
2+ years experience [Required]
2+ years of leadership/management experience [Required]
3+ years of technical experience [Required]
Bachelor’s Degree [Required] or 4+ years of relevant experience [Required]

Compensation

Pay range: $83,699.48 - $155,693.55 (annual)
