Based in Robbinsville, New Jersey, BluSky Restoration Contractors, LLC is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive new business opportunities in the emergency services and restoration sector. This on-site role centers on shaping a proactive sales strategy, cultivating key relationships, and expanding BluSky’s footprint with clients and partners, with a salary range of USD 60,000 to 95,000 per year.
Responsibilities
- Cultivate and broaden existing client relationships to boost lead flow and average project value.
- Identify and engage new prospects, presenting BluSky’s services and converting interest into opportunities.
- Maintain active participation in targeted industry associations and pursue notable committee or leadership roles.
- Support BluSky sales efforts by adhering to the defined sales process.
- Meet current Sanktum KPI targets for in-person activity.
- Develop and deliver sales proposals and contingency plans.
- Reach anticipated engagement with clients and prospects through meetings, calls, social channels, and email.
- Maintain relationships with key contacts within the assigned vertical.
- Strategically grow a solid book of business.
- Record all business development activities in Salesforce.
- Collaborate with leadership to define involvement levels in associations and allocate budgets.
- Partner with senior management to craft and execute advertising strategies, including content selection and local budgeting.
- Represent BluSky at trade shows, golf events, charitable activities, and other networking events, many after hours.
- Collaborate with the sales team to plan BluSky Live seminars.
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of BluSky services and related terminology.
- Follow company employment standards and best practices.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Contribute positively to BluSky’s culture and community.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum of three years in outside sales, ideally within the restoration sector.
- Ability to attend networking events during evenings and weekends as needed.
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Experience logging and tracking sales activities in a CRM system.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Outgoing, driven, tenacious, and team-oriented attitude.

Travel

Compensation
