Sales Development Representative (SDR)
Job Description
Princeton Identity Inc. is seeking a results-oriented Sales Development Representative to join its team in a hybrid role based in Robbinsville, New Jersey. This full-time position focuses on outbound lead generation, prospect qualification, and pipeline development, using HubSpot as the core CRM while working closely with marketing, product, and senior sales to move early-stage opportunities forward.
Responsibilities
- Identify potential clients through LinkedIn, targeted databases, and industry research to build a robust target list.
- Initiate contact via cold calls, tailored emails, and social channels to generate interest and open conversations.
- Assess prospects using the BANT framework (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline) to determine viability for progression.
- Log interactions and track lead status within HubSpot to maintain an organized pipeline.
- Collaborate with senior sales representatives to arrange demonstrations, presentations, or calls with relevant prospects.
- Partner with marketing to design campaigns, report on KPIs such as conversion rates, and contribute to customer story development.
- Coordinate messaging and timing with product and development teams to align outreach with ongoing product initiatives.
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in business, marketing, or a technology-related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant B2B experience.
- Proficiency with CRM software, email automation tools, and sales intelligence platforms.
- Analytical mindset to track KPIs and optimize workflow accordingly.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with persuasive clarity.
- Persistence, resilience, and a results-driven approach to growing the business.
- Experience in technology, security, or access control is a strong plus.
- Must reside in New Jersey.
