Requirements

Hungry. Coachable. Thick-skinned.
Some phone or sales experience is great — but the right attitude matters more
Comfortable making a lot of calls and hearing no sometimes
Organized enough to manage a pipeline and follow up consistently
HubSpot or CRM experience is a plus

The Money

Proficiency with CRM software, email automation tools, and sales intelligence platforms.
Analytical mindset to track KPIs and optimize workflow accordingly.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with persuasive clarity.
Persistence, resilience, and a results-driven approach to growing the business.
Experience in technology, security, or access control is a strong plus.
Must reside in New Jersey.
