Job Description
Based in Solana Beach, CA and operating on-site, this Sales Development Representative role at Payment Integrations, Inc. centers on selling and activating a loyalty rewards platform for merchants' terminals. You’ll work with warm leads and skip cold calling, supported by a compensation package that combines a $25/hour base with commissions, targeting total annual earnings of $50,000 to $80,000. The role emphasizes hands-on product activation, guiding merchants through a quick phone demo and launching their free trial while keeping a robust pipeline to sustain commissions.
Responsibilities
- Make 30+ outbound calls a day to warm leads
- Walk merchants through a quick phone demo and get them started on their free trial
- Keep your pipeline full so the commission checks keep coming
- Track everything in HubSpot and own your numbers
Requirements
- Hungry. Coachable. Thick-skinned.
- Some phone or sales experience is great — but the right attitude matters more
- Comfortable making a lot of calls and hearing no sometimes
- Organized enough to manage a pipeline and follow up consistently
- HubSpot or CRM experience is a plus

What you're selling

The Money
- $25/hour base — you're covered while you build
- Once merchants complete their free trial, you earn a significant one-time commission per close
- With a full pipeline, you can expect $3,000–$6,000 in monthly commissions on top of the base
- The first 60 days are a build period; after that, earnings begin
