Job Description

Ban-Koe Systems is looking for an entry-level Sales Development Representative to join their La Crosse, Wisconsin team. The role centers on prospecting new business, shaping how solutions meet customer needs, presenting proposals, and guiding the sales pipeline with CRM, AI tools, and marketing automation. You’ll also coordinate shipments, handle general office tasks, and partner across departments to drive customer success.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect new business using phone, email, and in-person outreach
  • Build customer relationships and guide solution design
  • Present proposals and close deals
  • Use CRM, AI tools, and marketing automation to manage your pipeline
  • Check in shipments and assist with general office tasks as assigned by management
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer success
