Job Description

Motivated, results-driven Sales Manager to lead group, corporate, and transient sales for the SpringHill Suites Texas City property, focusing on relationship-building, prospecting, and revenue generation.

Salary: USD 35,000 - 55,000 per year • Location: Texas City, TX (onsite)

Responsibilities

Lead group, corporate, and transient sales efforts for the property.
Build relationships with clients and prospects.
Prospect new business.
Convert opportunities into revenue.
Take ownership of a market and grow it.

Requirements

1–3 years of hotel sales experience, preferably in a limited-service or extended-stay property.
Proven track record of prospecting and closing new business.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Self-starter who can manage time and priorities with minimal supervision.
Working knowledge of hotel sales systems, CRM/sales tracking tools, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook).
Familiarity with the local Texas City/Galveston County market a plus.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for outside sales calls.
