Job Description

Motivated, results-driven Sales Manager to lead group, corporate, and transient sales for the SpringHill Suites Texas City property, focusing on relationship-building, prospecting, and revenue generation.

Salary: USD 35,000 - 55,000 per year • Location: Texas City, TX (onsite)

Responsibilities

  • Lead group, corporate, and transient sales efforts for the property.
  • Build relationships with clients and prospects.
  • Prospect new business.
  • Convert opportunities into revenue.
  • Take ownership of a market and grow it.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of hotel sales experience, preferably in a limited-service or extended-stay property.
  • Proven track record of prospecting and closing new business.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-starter who can manage time and priorities with minimal supervision.
  • Working knowledge of hotel sales systems, CRM/sales tracking tools, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with the local Texas City/Galveston County market a plus.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for outside sales calls.
