Job Description
Motivated, results-driven Sales Manager to lead group, corporate, and transient sales for the SpringHill Suites Texas City property, focusing on relationship-building, prospecting, and revenue generation.
Salary: USD 35,000 - 55,000 per year • Location: Texas City, TX (onsite)
Responsibilities
- Lead group, corporate, and transient sales efforts for the property.
- Build relationships with clients and prospects.
- Prospect new business.
- Convert opportunities into revenue.
- Take ownership of a market and grow it.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of hotel sales experience, preferably in a limited-service or extended-stay property.
- Proven track record of prospecting and closing new business.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-starter who can manage time and priorities with minimal supervision.
- Working knowledge of hotel sales systems, CRM/sales tracking tools, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook).
- Familiarity with the local Texas City/Galveston County market a plus.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for outside sales calls.
