Job Description

This hybrid role based in Wallingford, CT carries a yearly salary of USD 115,000 and centers on crafting and executing regional sales and marketing plans, coaching the regional business development team, and cultivating referral partnerships to grow In-Home addiction treatment. The position collaborates with Outreach, Admissions, and senior leadership to align strategy within budgetary constraints.

Responsibilities

Lead regional growth initiatives by implementing strategies to boost sales and drive company expansion.
Provide strategic direction to the regional business development team, resulting in improved compliance, greater market share, and net census growth.
Deliver weekly progress reports to the Vice President of Business Development and the Agency Directors on monthly pipeline pacing.
Manage weekly regional meetings with Admissions Department leaders, Agency Directors, and the Business Development team.
Develop and deliver ongoing training for the business development team in line with company policies, processes, strategic initiatives, and goals.
Conduct monthly ride-alongs with each regional business development professional, offering ongoing support, and providing regular feedback and development opportunities.
Assess the skills, growth potential, and opportunities for each regional BD professional and submit a monthly report to the Vice President of Business Development and the Agency Directors.
Oversee monthly documentation checks for BD professionals to ensure proper tracking of external referrals, inbound leads, activity counts, and related matters, with reporting to the Vice President of Business Development.
Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

Hybrid position; candidates must reside in CT, MA, RI, ME, NH, NY, or NJ.
Must possess regional Business Development experience within a hospital or clinic setting, or in the Substance Use Disorder and Behavioral Health sectors.
2–3 years of regional managerial BD experience within the healthcare field (BH/MH, SUD, etc.).
