Job Description

ONLINE Information Services, Inc. is hiring a Sales Manager to lead the property management sales team onsite in Winterville, NC.

Responsibilities

Own the revenue number for the property management vertical and build a team plan to hit it
Manage, coach, and develop Account Executives with focus on pipeline discipline, deal strategy, and skill-building
Lead day-to-day execution for growth across upsell and expansion and new-logo acquisition
Hire and ramp new AEs as the team scales
Get personally involved in the largest or most complex deals within the team’s pipeline
Mine the existing property management book of business for upsell and expansion opportunities while keeping new-logo efforts moving
Maintain strong relationships with software vendors integrating with the Rental Exchange and coordinate joint marketing when it makes sense
Represent the team by attending industry events, users’ group meetings, and trade shows relevant to the property management market
Provide leadership with clear, regular reporting on team performance and pipeline health
Work in-person at the corporate offices in Winterville, NC for direct access to sales, support, and technology teams

Requirements

5+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally with time selling to property managers, multifamily operators, or in tenant screening or collections
2+ years leading a sales team with measurable results
Fluency in tenant screening, leasing risk, and collections to engage confidently with a VP of Operations or a regional property manager
Coaching mindset with emphasis on building reps rather than only tracking numbers
Comfort running a CRM-driven sales motion with forecasting rigor
Strong communication skills across written materials and in-person conversations with senior stakeholders
Willingness to travel for client visits and industry events

ONLINE Information Services, Inc. is hiring a Sales Manager to lead account executives selling utility screening, third-party collections, and data and reporting tools to utility providers.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and manage a team of Account Executives selling into municipal utilities, co-ops, and investor-owned providers
Set and own sales targets for the utility vertical; build the plan to reach goals including pipeline coverage, activity standards, forecasting, and accountability
Recruit, onboard, and develop Account Executives as the team grows
Guide complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles; step in on strategic or high-value deals
Work onsite at the corporate office in Winterville, NC to maintain direct access to sales, support, and technical teams for operational efficiency
Find expansion opportunities within ONLINE’s existing utility client base and pursue new-logo targets
Represent ONLINE at utility industry trade shows and association events; build relationships with key referral partners
Report on team performance, pipeline health, and market feedback to senior leadership

Requirements

5+ years of B2B sales experience, including selling into utilities, municipalities, credit/risk services, or collections
2+ years managing or leading a sales team with a track record of hitting team-level targets
Comfort discussing credit risk, screening, and collections concepts with finance and credit-department decision-makers
Coaching instincts that develop reps, not just track results
Experience running or overseeing a CRM-driven sales process with forecasting and accountability
Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting to executive audiences
Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events
